The ICC could be divided into 4 parts:
- Presidency
- Judicial Divisions
- Office of the Prosecutor
- Registry
1)Presidency
The Presidency is responsible for the administration of the court. It makes sure trials are being held according to the procedure, that all steps are being followed (sentences are being followed and enforced), that the prosecuted has a chance to defend himself and is also responsible for the courts representation to the outside world. It is the main organ of the court. Without presidency there is no court. Presidency is composed of three judges elected by their fellow judges (18 in total). One president and two vice presidents. The one who administers the most, agrees on sentences, takes the final decisions, and etc. is the president. Judges could stay presidents/vice presidents for a maximum of 2 terms of three years.
2)Judicial Divisions
The Judicial Division is composed of eighteen judges divided into the Pre-trial division, the Trial division and the Appeals division. These eighteen judges are divided into each division chamber and are responsible for administering and conducting the courts procedures at different levels/stages. Judges are divided into these chambers according to their expertise and qualifications as well as what kind of knowledge is needed in what chamber. These eighteen judges are the ones who elect the judges in the presidency. They elect three presidents (judges) among themselves. These eighteen judges are appointed by the Assembly of States Parties. They have vast experience in criminal courts and law, they are smart, not racist, moral and experienced. Anyone, man or women, could be elected to be an ICC judge. You can be from any country that has signed the Rome Statute.

3)Office of the Prosecutor
This section of the court is the one that receives cases and information on cases that fall under the jurisdiction of the ICC. This sector is responsible for examining cases, leading investigations and prosecuting criminals if needed. This sector is represented by the head prosecutor, Mrs Fatou Bensouda for a term of nine years. There is also a deputy Prosecutor (James Stewart) who is the right hand man of the head prosecutor and is in charge of the Prosecutions Division of the Office of the Prosecutor.
4)Registry
The registry is the section of the court that takes care of the administration of the court in all aspects except in the judicial section.
The registrar, the head of the registry, is at the service of the court and gets its authority and power from the president of the court himself (the president is his boss). The Registrar is sometimes regarded as the "principal administrative officer of the court". The current Registrar who was elected for a five year term (max of two terms) by the 18 judges is Mr. Herman Von Hebel.
